Two components epoxy paint for concrete floors

DENAS GARAGE is a two-component epoxy paint soluble in water designed for coating of concrete floors in garages. The colour is characterized by high mechanical and chemical resistance.

Use:
Coating of concrete floors in garages or warehouses, basements, and anywhere where a high mechanical and chemical resistance is needed. DENAS garage is not suitable as a finish coat outdoors.

Working process: Before application, the colour DENAS GARAGE and DENAS GARAGE HARDENER are mixed in a ratio of 100: 20. Into the paint is continuously added the hardener and for mixing is used an appropriate mixing apparatus (e.g. drilling machine with a stirrer). After mixing the two components, the mixture is allowed to stand for 5 minutes and the consistency for application is adjusted by adding 10 to 20 parts of water. Workability of the hardenered paint mixture is max. 2 hours. The paint is applied to the surface by brush, roller or spraying in two or more layers according to the requirements on the final properties of the coating. The time between the layers is min. 12 hours. The temperature of the air and the surface for the application and paint drying should not fall below + 15 ° C. Floors painted by DENAS GARAGE can be fully loaded (location of vehicles, furniture, etc.) after 5 days from the application.
Intensity: 0,2 až 0,35 kg/m2 of the hardenered mixture per one paint.
Surface: The surface must be firm, dry, devoid of mechanical and greasy dirts. Incoherent surface layers of concrete must be sanded or removed mechanically. The surface was impregnated by the product DENAS PENETRACE.
Storage: Store it in original packages at temperatures from +5 to + 25 ° C at places protected against direct sunlight and sudden temperature changes. Storability is 12 months from date of production. The paint must not freeze.
Safety and hygiene: DENAS GARAGE is classified as Xi - irritant, risk of serious eye damage. DENAS GARAGE HARDENER contains epoxide components and is classified as Xi - irritant N - dangerous for the environment, it irritates eyes and skin, it may cause sensitization by skin contact and it is toxic to aquatic organisms, it may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment. When working with the hardener and the hardened paint, follow the safety instructions in the safety data sheet of DENAS GARAGE HARDENER. Wear protective equipment and follow the personal hygiene principles. When spraying, protect your respiratory system, in closed spaces provide ensure the ventilation of the workplace. After contact with skin, wash with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly your eyes with a clean water and seek medical treatment. If swallowed, rinse your mouth with water, do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention.
Waste disposal: Dispose the paint residues and contaminated packaging as a hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations.
